Babies are growing those primaries! I am going out on a limb here, the light colored chick is a male and the other 2 are female. The 2 are much further ahead in wing and tail feathers, males are notorious for taking longer to feather out.

That's a double-edged sword. The hens love him, and syick close to him. He isn't the biggest fan of me. I respect that

Finally got done with the Devon fiber. It was great making the singles once I figured out how to do it, making the singles into yarn was much harder. The hairs were catching and it was almost too thick. If I do this one again, I might seriously consider doing the second part by hand.
