?PLEASE, post a picture of this spun on the bobbin! Or plied. It's going to be beautiful!Picked out the fiber I'll be spinning at the fair tomorrow. Each ball is roughly 1 oz, for 4 oz total.
A friend got a Western Hognose female that never ate. Well, it ate ONE time. Eventually it died, but it lived for months, just. never. ate. She said she should have researched the place she bought it from more. Apparantly, not eating is a thing, and the breeder shouldn't have sold it...? (No, I don't know where she got it.)Check out reptile expos. Still have to make sure that they're good lines and breeders, but you can talk to them in person and see the snake in person. Plus sometimes they're not nearly as expensive
Abso-chickin'-lutely!We should make a BYC version of this, BTW. "Not my coop, not my chickens"
I tell myself jokes and laugh.Oh I remember laugh episodes too later on and will burst out in laughter and nobody knows what's wrong with me.
Thanks for stopping by Sally, love hearing from you!Y'all are killing me.
Thoughts on what everyone had to say...

Yeah, it's something to watch for. The channels I watch all seem to agree that balls are more likely to do it though, with some doing it on a schedule and some just at random.Western Hognose female that never ate. Bear! Thats about the only thing that could get in my coop, there are a few bear sightings every couple of years in my area, and the last one did get into someones chicken coop! If I ever see one on my cameras I will go full electric fence wire and bait it with bacon...Thanks! I do enjoy drawing. Lately I've been trying my hand at painting. I'm not so good at that.
Yes by the time chickens send out warning squawks it usually too late. I've only had one nighttime marauder bother my birds, a raccoon really made a nuisance of himself trying to get into the chicken run at night, a couple nights in a row. He almost made it in the last time. I got the run all shored up and haven't had any trouble with anything since. Coyotes circle around all the time, even bears. Oh, I do have a photo from a few years ago of a bear behind the coop! Let me go find it... ok not the best photos, zoom this first one in to see him better, I didn't want to get too close.

Peas in a pod poultry keepers
I cleaned it and in no time it was full of leaves again! We have unearthed another pond recently that might be in a better place! The list of things I want to do is never ending
