LGBTQ+ Poultry Keepers

@ChocolateMouse Sorry to hear your partner got the bug. Stay safe and tell him we are thinking of him (I know, I know, thoughts and prayers but tis the best I can do at the moment lol)

My pronouns are She/Her but if you forget I'm not offended by they/them, it is the standard for if you don't know and don't want to assume after all.

I did some work in my garden Saturday and am still trying to get over being sore. But, my little raised bed is just about ready for next year, it was really muddy so everything was compacting when I stepped on it, so I just got it all dug down to level (it is on a slight slope which was causing watering weirdness last year) and got the cinderblock walls put back in place. Once it dries out enough I can work with the soil without it compacting, I need to loosen up everywhere I walked on it, and I threw all of the soil I dug up in the middle so that needs to be smoothed down and leveled out then mulched in for the winter.

I still need to finish digging up the big 16' bed but it's about half done and I have all winter and some spring before it NEEDS to be done so I'm not too worried about it.

Sorry, I should have asked before but I'll do it now. Am I allowed to join this thread even if I don't believe that I am LGBTQ+?
As long as you are friendly and supportive then you're fine. I'm not LGBTQ+ either and I'm here. If you have any questions (family friendly) a lot of these folks are willing to answer and explain as long as the question is respectful and doesn't break BYC rules.

Hi! She/her but also sincerely do not care (cis priviledge, I know). I will probably refer to everyone by their username and they/them to be safe, as I effectively have signatures turned off (the mobile site doesnt show them) so I cant see your pronouns if you havent them listed. :( I hope that is acceptable.

My pronouns are she/her and I'm okay with they/them! Due to bullying for not being super femme in high school being called he/him gets me a little angry Dx

Also this is me. I am tall (5'11") and built broadly and used to get a lot of jokes about being a dude.
TBH - probably the first time I experienced "being cis". That's how I know I'm not trans, even if I lean androgynous. XD
