You and me both. It's been really hard on my anxiety lately, but I try to push myself and make calls that I know need to be made, and fill out forms, and all that fun stuff.Yeah, kinda.
I just don't like making appointments for stuff. Not really anything I can do that makes that fun, or makes the actual appointment tolerable. Can't be much worse than it was a kid, but I don't have high hopes
I'm hoping that I'm building it up in my head and making it seem bigger than it really will be. My mom really likes this dentist and insists that they're not going to be like the one I had as a kid, I just find it very hard to buy thatYeah, adulting does bring lots of responsibility. I'm sorry any of you are dealing with anxiety. The more I've learned about that, the more I realize what a horrid problem it is.

I do NOT like going to the dentist. I get nitrous every time I go - even for cleanings. That is a HUGE help (although it does cost extra $ because insurance doesn't cover it, but totally worth it for me).I'm hoping that I'm building it up in my head and making it seem bigger than it really will be. I might have to ask about that. The worst part is I know I've got cavities, so putting it off isn't good, but I also honestly don't know if I can go through another fillingI do NOT like going to the dentist. My dentist now has a note in my chart that I need nitrous for everything! If you let the staff know beforehand that you have really bad anxiety about dentist visits (I let them know before I schedule my first appointment), that's typically the only info they need and they will administer the nitrous no problem.I might have to ask about that.
