It's okay. I think it is on the softer fiber side, I'd have to check the listing though. It's just pretty dense, which makes it feel spongey to me, not the slick soft that I personally like. I'm learning how to crochet soon, so I'll be using this stuff to make something since it's not uniform enough to sell as a skein. Going to have my friend look through some patterns and pick either a spider, octopus or dino

I'm hoping to make some props for some costumes before Halloween. Still trying to work out the kinks on one before I start and one I still have to figure out how I even want to start.

Practice with small things like pot holders and scarves to learn the different stitches and proper tension. Most crochet animals use the single crochet stitch with increases and decreases. Easy stitches.
