Yeah, I fall at least a month also, usually more. At this time of year with everything being mostly ice due to melting snow, it can't be avoided. Fell last week after we had a very light dusting of snow on top of the said ice.

During the other seasons, it's usually due to wet conditions. Since the whole property is uneven, it's difficult to get footing at times.

I'm sore, mostly my body. But I'm used to that too, lol!

Looks like our Muscovy duck Blue is possibly going to go broody! She's been sitting in the nesting box for long periods of time for the past couple days. She also made a noise at me when I attempted to move her.
If she is gonna go broody, I'll be allowing her to keep any eggs she lays for a clutch because both our drakes have covered her plenty of times.
It'll be interesting to see what kind of mule ducklings hatch from her.

My new incubator arrived!!!

Daughter is picking up my hatching eggs from the breeder after she finishes work this afternoon.

Oh my, there go the tummy tingles! IT'S HATCHING SEASON!!!

Oh, and I may have ordered myself another incubator...

Check when you get them. Any rabbit breeder worth their salt will understand wanting to make sure the 'sex fairy' didn't sneak past when no one was looking
