What are they’re watering requirements?

Watering every 2-3 weeks (sometimes 4) in the summer, 3-4 in early autumn, after the autumn flowers fall off watering stops till they shed their old "leaves", and then IME mid-late spring watering starts again, in 2-4 week intervals

Eh, it's pretty simple if you're following their cues. After the flowers drop, I stop. For the other seasons, I just wait till they're really wrinkly. Problem is, it's hard for succulent people to wait that long, calathea people would freak!

I just found out that jades live in the grasslands of Africa in the wild. I was definitely overwatering mine. Idk I assumed they were rainforest plants haha

Jades are some of the most tolerant succulents, so they're usually fine. Yours don't look too overwatered to me, maybe water them every five extra days on top of your current watering system?
