Thanks! My friend got the earrings for me for Christmas and the choker was from Spencer's. The earrings were super light, but I kept accidentally snagging and almost pulling them out

yes, i love chokers, but my dad doesnt like my wearing them. he says i look emo. i dont think thats a bad thing but to him maybe it is? he says they "arent christian"

Chokers aren't exclusive to alternative fashion. Don't bother knowing about the 'Christian-ness' of it though. @Shabby Chic-Hens , thoughts on this?

I would say chokers are not automatically bad, just for being chokers. Black lipstick is the same way. It’s not that it in itself is bad. It’s that the people who use it “Are”. You don’t want to have people associate you with that group.

That’s the way my mom feels about it, and she’s had a talk with me about blue hair, which was The same principal. So not my opinions, just the way I see through different glasses.
