I haven't washed my hair in... 7 years?
But I don't use colours or perms or anything.

I always wanted a perm.

My hair is my 'expression outlet', so it's (stupidly) important that I can actually still color it at work. So, I'm looking at a few other places here to see if they allow colored hair or not so that I can actually not completely hate working again

thats neat! i do advise against a perm tho... i know people who have gotten one and regretted it. idk. what did you want done??

Then just cut it off. It will grow back, it's not permanent. My hair doesn't get long enough anyways now with what I keep it at to get one unless I decided to grow it our again

I got a "thank goodness it's NOT permanent" and chopped it off about 6 weeks later. They fried my hair.

It was about 2 years for my slow growing hair to grow back.

Mine is actually black and white, more white than black though. I used to dye my hair all kinds of crazy colors but color refuses to stick to my old wire hair now.

Me too! I'm finally going to be blonde! Ok, a really white blonde. But not all over blonde. Just some blonde.
