I bet! Retail seems like a hard job, mentally.
It freaking sucks. Some people are so nice, but unfortunately in my experience, more are rude or cruel. I always male sure I'm as kind as I can be until I'm given a reason to be rude because Of that. I also always make sure to leave a tip since I know most places suck pay wise

Y'all I'm so excited.
I've always had awful luck with good quality sunflower planting seeds... so I just took some out of the cupboard, the ones my folks buy to eat.
Threw them in a damp paper towel out of curiosity, a couple days ago, and they're SPROUTING :gig
they live!

Costs nothing to be kind, especially when people are just doing their jobs! People always get aggressive with staff who didn't cause the problem, or can't resolve it.... Can't stand "karens"

God, some people. I'd have a few words to say to them:rant
I don't do confrontation. I was selectively mute as a child, and have problems with authority now, so loud interactions from other people to me usually just result in silence and watering eyes. Its gotten a smidgen better over the years, but even when I'm not actually upset enough to cry normally, the yelling and scolding triggers the waterworks to start trying to flow. Kinda like Arizona from Grey's Anatomy

I get it, partially, I think. Confrontation isn't my strength either
I mean, personally I act tough, but when I actually confront someone I just end up crying. I have that immensely frustrating gift of tearing up when angry, so people just perceive it as sadness instead lol

When I was 12 or so I saw teenage girls kicking a wood pigeon into a fence, I was immediately furious, chased them away. When they came back, I stood between them and the pigeon which was still alive (later died) and gave them a piece of my mind (while looking like an emotional idiot).
My folks always told me I ought to work for the RSPCA- bless them. I don't understand how they think I can handle that :gig
