It all depends on your industry. In my world 20hrs or less is PT, less than 20 but not predictable is consulting. And anything greater than 20 is considered full time. But I live in the government contracting world.36 hours is part time![]()
I technically work 40. Im scheduled til 11:30 but I don't clock out until 12-1am.

Number of hours you were paid for determined whether you got perks like paid sick/vacation/personal time and/or health insurance.
Even different if you were 'salaried'.
I'm sure there are many scenarios, then and now.
Maybe they are taking turns with shifts among other workers. Such as someone else will be getting one day shiftsAs far as I know, I seem to be the only person with 1 day a week currently. I've fostered a few litters myself. My current cats are my foster fails. Oops. I just couldn't give them back. Ten years later I'm very glad I didn't. I adore them and their cat litter paws.
