Sometimes I'm talking to people and they're saying something like "Oh, I can't do that because people will judge me."
And I'll get so confused because my mindset is something like: "Be yourself and if people judge you they're wasting their own time because I don't give a ~ about their opinion" - Me (inspirational I know)

I heard on tiktok that this is psychology thing, apparently I'm scared of change, which is absurd considering I do the exact same thing everyday

I have to work on this attitude
I'm wayyy sensitive to criticism, and any form of judgement. I'm great at hiding it. "well if you don't like me, cool, I don't give a flying monkey." But as soon as they leave I break down
Oh the joy of trauma lol

Getting a thicker skin, though. Day by day
