I haven't removed any of the chicks yet. I decided to leave them in longer to help encourage the others to keep hatching

Wind, how old is Fluffy? If she's started laying, what color eggs does she lay?

She hatched on March 7th from a light blue egg. Still too young to lay though.

Does for mine. But they only stay until I have at least 2 hatched and they can't be running the eggs all over

From what I understand what does it for the snakes is the slithering from the hatched hatchmates on the unhatched eggs. It makes more sense for it to be the chirping for the fowl

Just got some photos of the brahma, they're really terrible photos. But from what I can gather, they're decent. The serama are good. As for the Orpingtons, they'd come from the same hatchery I got the landraces, so I can't trust the photos. For this exact reason it might be best to ditch the Orpingtons as well
