Jumping into the tea conversation— keep in mind I haven’t read everything before (in case I’m missing something!) — but if you like teas, have you ever tried Yerba Mate? I love it! My spouse is huge into mushroom teas...

Yerba Mate is delightful! I have a bombilla, Yerba Mate straw.

Also, mushroom tea is delicious.

I’ve actually never tried the pre-made canned ones. I use the loose tea and basically French press it. I use a tad of either stevia or raw honey to sweeten it.

I’d never heard of Free Mom Hugs — just looked it up. Thanks for sharing the info.

I hadn’t heard of it either, but quickly learned after becoming a “minister” in order to preform weddings for LBGTQ friends and family having trouble finding supportive officiants. My son’s friend started living her authentic self as a trans woman around the same time and was shunned by her mum. It was so appalling to me, that I sought others who feel the same, and stumbled on Free Mom Hugs.
