sheep have started walking towards me and yelling at me for food. Looking in to getting halters for them, rope ones are adjustable but they tighten, none tightening ones might be easier to get them used to but they can grow out of them

Yes, during REM sleep, waste and toxins are removed from the tissues surrounding the cells in the brain, so it's super important to get long deep sleeps. I am no spring chicken either, and feeling good becomes more valuable as we age. I definitely don't need to get anymore "brainless" than I already am, so lots of sleep is needed!

There's a few of us here that are no longer spring chickens, myself included. But that's the beauty of the internet, you don't have to know how old a person is to get along with them!

I love having interesting conversations with people half, or a third, my age! It is too easy for some people to write off another person's experience as, "Kids these days!" or "What an old codger!"

Absolutely, it doesn't matter how old a person is, and sometimes it's hard to tell here on BYC! I've met quite a few young people that express themselves so well, they seem like season oldsters to me, then I come find they are only 17 years old! On the flip side, some older folks act like they are 10, so go figure. Seriously though, I enjoy everyone's company, young and old, everyone has something to offer the world. Age means nothing.

I hear you. It's tough not being able to do as you used to. I certainly don't feel as old mentally as my body does physically.
