This is what I told everyone I taught to spin:Yeah. Practice makes good enough, and I have about a month before work starts againto work on it
Practice in short bits of time, say, 15 minutes. Your muscles will "remember" a bit with every session, and you won't be at it long enough to get flustered and angry. You will learn more doing 4 sessions of 15 minutes each one session of an hour.
I surely helped me learn, and several people told me that it worked for them too.
