Just curious why you think that. I'm not sure how it is where Paz is, but matchmaking isn't solely that parents decide and that's it. A lot of times, families propose matches, and then the children do have a say
Should always be the children's right to decide, no matter what.

Yep. That’s pretty much how it works. Usually your mom would get you to meet someone, saying how great (usually means not crazy) she is. Then you go meet her, and if she seems worth it, you start dating.
You can also just get a girlfriend yourself if you’d like. But since older brother has NEVER dated out of his own will, he’s been a victim of many matchmaking trials. He’s 26, so that’s the age parents start getting concerned.
 
This Abigail girl is a truck driver, and I think that’s pretty neat. She also has a first degree in industrial design. She knows how to bake bread (very impressive). AND she’s not at all ugly.
