Two of our chicks passed. They were our barnyard mix ones.
But, on the bright side: this means we can go to tsc and get more chicks.

I got another plant

There were a couple I really wanted, lovely healthy vibrant greens... but I had limited money to spend... and this poor one's soil was bone dry, and a couple leaves drying up
So I decided on it there n then.
It seemed to be from the last stock rotation, and people are only buying the new ones out on the shelves. So I'm not sure if this one would've been considered much...
It's a lovely little ficus elastica
It was £4.99, and the larger one remaining was in much better shape, and reduced from £9 to £4.99.
My mum said to get the larger one for obvious reasons, but I had my heart set on adopting this one!
Luckily I ran into my brother in law who works there and explained the situation with it, so he reduced it to £2.50


Alas, meet Star she's mostly alright, just wants a little care. Bet she really enjoyed that watering!
