My mom apparently thinks that the rainbow pride flag is the gay (as in the opposite of lesbian, not as in queer) flag… but hasn’t figured out that lesbian probably would have a flag too

I've started using my chosen name more in public, mostly for food orders, but it still feels great when it's called out by people who don't know it's not a legal name

I have three very little critters coming in the mail, probably tomorrow
Quite excited. Just hoping they all arrive safe.
They're an addition to my aquarium. Which I have very carefully set up, and ensured the water quality of.

Nope! Although I did want some, I just didn't have many options that fit my set up right now.
They're snails, which I've always loved but I've never tried keeping aquatic species before- certainly going to be an adventure
