Lice Attack!

Help advice needed!

I have located lice on 3 of my 4 hens, but if course need to treat them all. I have cleaned out the coop and nesting boxes. I sprinkled DE in coop, nesting boxes and outdoor run, while also creating a DE/Dust bath in the indoor run. since I live in liquid sunshine WA State I figure it would help. Here are my questions:
1) Can you eat the eggs while using DE? Yes it is the food grade version.
2) What is an organic method for removing lice?
3) If I do use Sevin or Revolution, how long before we can eat the eggs again?

Organic method for removing lice? Pick them off one by one.
DE is useless when wet. Sevin dust will take care of them right away. Dust all your birds, redust them again in 7-10 days. Dust inside the coop and nests, redust in 7-10 days.
Eggs are safe to eat.

Went to my local farm supply and all they had was Prozap with Permethrin. Have you heard of this or used a product with Permethrin? I don't see anywhere on the label where it says it kills lice, just mites. Do you suggest I just stick with Sevin?
