Lice help!

we had gotten some chickens and had them in quarantine when we noticed they had lice we have bathed and put frontline on all of them. I have also removed all the bedding and scrubbed down the coop what else can I do? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Good for you for quarantining.
I would sprinkle some 5% Sevin in the bedding. Check them about every 4 days and treat again after a week.

Ortho has a product for bedding that is safe for animals after it has dried. I used it and have had good reults killing and controlling the mites and lice along with everything else that is crawling within the coop and bedding. Comes in a plastic spray bottle ready to use. no mixing. There is a chicken feed mix that has mite control in the food taken orally I read about in true grit magazine also. Dont know how it works as I havent tried it. Good luck with that as they are hard to control.
