Could lice cause a bird to become really wobbley on their legs? I checked him for lice and he has some around his vent area and he is wobbley and falls over a lot (he has been like this for a while and today i checked him for lice) and I don't know if this is a result of the lice or if it maybe mites as well

The lice may be causing the falling issue. I would go to your feed store and look for anything that kills the mites, lice, etc. It might come in powder, or something you put in their water.

You need something for redmite it's a spray for your coop spray it all out then you'll be fine

I have dusted him with louse powder and I put some in the bedding too
