Hi all, Is there a Licensed processor that anyone knows of in VT, NH, or MA? I've been sitting in the coop documenting who's laying and whose NOT since I've found fertilized eggs and I think I've more than enough roos...who ARE not crowing or growing spurs. So I've decided those IMPOSTERS are going to be split up....fed grower feed for 2-3 weeks and then right before Thanksgiving I am going to process them. Has anyone else processed EE's? Just wondering if I'm going to get good meat or if it is worth the processsing fee?
