Lies and Deceit - A Fantasy RP

Casimir watched her run off to look for the right materials for her doll hat. He felt a bit of anxiety seeing her leave and wanting to hover over her to protect her. But he knew she had done just fine the last several years without him, he needed to not hover. He didn't want to chase her away before he even got her back. He turned to Tory curiously. "I want to be a part of her life now, how do we go about this? I don't know where she, were you live, not really. And I can't take her anywhere near the other humans. I won't let anyone hurt her but it is too much of a risk." He said aloud trying to figure out how this was going to work.
(Assuming you mean Sierra XD) Sierra explained softly, not wanting anger him about the situation, "She lives in the mansion, where most of the Aves do. It's safer for her to live there than the mountains. At least it used to be. I've been thinking about taking her with me to the mountains." She added solemnly "I have a feeling the humans are just going to keep on attacking that place. It's not as safe as it used to be."Sierra sighed, before softly replying "I just want to keep her safe. I know she's your blood, not mine, but she means a lot to me as well. I try to visit her at least twice every week." Sierra added with some thought "But I don't have a house in the mountains. I just sleep on the snow, since it's not cold for me at all." She faced him, her face serious yet hopeful "If we want to keep her safe, she has to leave the mansion. And she can't go near the humans, which only leaves the forest and the mountains." Her eyes fell on his, slightly intimidated by the hunter, yet at the same time also attracted to him. She then realized he didn't even know her name. With a slight blush of embarrassment, she offered "I'm Sierra by the way."

Xylo’s skin tingled every time she brought her hand to his face. His eyes were appreciative of her affection, meeting hers in soft unison. His family might’ve been dead, and so might hers, but at least they had each other now. His wings cranes down and touched hers softly as his gaze kept piercing hers.
River raised her wings slightly so that their wings touched more, and she kept stroking his face. I don`t want to go to the camp, or hunt or whatever, but I know that soon we will have to. She thought.

Xylo retreated his wings slowly after a few more minutes, still holding her gaze as he admitted sadly “We can’t stay in one place too long. It’s dangerous.” He added, his eyes still soft as he backed up slowly “But I wish it was otherwise my angel.” His heart seemed to ache as her hands fell off his face and hers fell off his, but hunters could find them. Nonetheless, what he had shared with her right then...it had been the most special moment in his life.

River nodded, the same ache in her heart. "I understand." She turned her head and scanned the forest around them. "I`m not sure if you saw, but Lucas and Eva caught a small deer, so there should be enough food for tonight, at least." She said.

Xylo nodded, responding with a slight smile “That’s good.” He didn’t want to leave the place so soon. Maybe they could go visit the waterfall next time, where it surely would be safer and more quiet. He asked quietly “Want to head to the waterfall tomorrow?”

Horius nodded, before continue to construct his mask. He didn’t want to make Stephen uncomfortable, so unless he asked him something he would stay quiet for now.

Stephen sighed. "I should get those back to the cabin before they start to rot." He said, gesturing to the fish. He walked out of the river & pulled on his shoes and put the fish in his jacket, picking it up. He briefly hesitated, waiting to see if Horius would say something, but started to walk back to the cabin.

River smiled up at him. "Sure." She glanced around again, trying to shut out the voices of the birds. Oh, why won`t those birds shut-up? She thought.

Horius let him go, staying put other than the fact that he called out simply “Stay safe” before finishing his mask, then starting to intertwine broken twig and add dark mud so make the mask appear darker and more terrifying.

Xylo offered a smile in return, before asking simply, “Want to start heading back now? So that they don’t begin worrying?” He began to turn, making sure she approved before they headed off.
