Lies and Deceit - A Fantasy RP

River sat down on one of their two beds. She watched him as she replied. "He said he would be out hunting in the woods by the stream, but didn`t say exactly where."
Xylo asked simply "Are you worried about him or do you think he'll be ok?" He didn't want another Eclipsa situation on his hands again, especially if it was his partner's brother. But Lucas seemed like a good survivalist, and he assumed he would be and was fine.

River rolled her eyes slightly as memories assaulted her. "Lucas? He`ll be fine. I can diffidently say that he is both a survivalist and resourceful as all get out." She paused. "...But that doesn`t mean I don`t worry about his stupid butt."

Luna smiled, she was happy for Persepolis. She then asked with a teasing look, "Did the viking warrior enjoy her first kiss?" She added even more teasingly "In the shining moonlight of the night, undisturbed by anyone, alllll alone." Luna laughed some more, before standing up, muttering with entertainment, "I'm sure she did. The Viking warrior probably turned into a shy little bunny and began blushing." She gave Persepolis a friendly and teasing look, indicating she was just joking and not to take anything too personal. Besides, she had been blushing a lot around Alec. A little too much, to be completely honest.
Persepolis smiled, answering in a wistful tone, "She did." She added playfully, "It is Viking warrior tradition to have their first kiss in the shining moonlight of the night, undisturbed by anyone, all alone." She got up, standing at the end of the bed. She admitted, "And I did blush. I did that a lot, actually." She responded to Luna's friendly and teasing look by giving Luna an understanding look herself. Persepolis asked curiously, "And what did The Goddess Luna do tonight?"

Xylo nodded, listening to her talk attentively, before pulling her in fro a soft embrace. He simply held her there, in his arms, hoping she didn't mind his affection. In fact, he decided to ask. In a gentle voice, he asked "Do you think I kiss and hug you too much? Does it annoy you or do you like it?"

Luna raised an eyebrow at the mention of said tradition, and placed her hands on her hips skeptically. She then smiled at Persepolis admitting she had blushed a lot, because it reminded her of herself about an hour before. At the last question, Luna lied with a convincing grin, "the Goddess Luna did nothing. She simply preened her hair and combed her hair. Then she checked on her prisoners, sharpened her knives, and signed a few papers." She was obviously being sarcastic, since half those things didn't even make sense.

Persepolis admitted playfully, "You got me. Obviously, that's not a tradition. Doesn't mean it wasn't nice to be alone with the man, though." Persepolis raised an eyebrow skeptically, "What? No adventures or anything?" She was joking, of course. She decided to play along a bit with Luna's schematics, "Ew. Paperwork. How boring."

River sighed happily as he pulled her in for a hug. She pulled her head away to look at him. "What gave you that silly conclusion that I don't like you hugging and kissing me? Of course it doesn't annoy me! I rather like it." She stated, nestling her head against his chest.

Luna chuckled, before responding with a dramatized sigh, "No adventures, not today. And yes, paperwork is quite boring. Never been a fan." She smiled shyly, before admitting softly "I have the biggest crush in the world on that stupid hunter. With his messy hair and muscles and soft eyes." She added in a bashful whisper "And his personality isn't like the one we saw when we went together. He's tough on the outside but kind on the inside. I think the world has given him that outer shell."

Lucas slowly nodded. "I won`t. Most of them are but... Camilla was killed by a hunter and Natalie died of the cold."
"...Oh." Sam said simply, frowning and looking at the ground. He was happy most of them survived, at least. But even if they have survived so far, he was still concerned about their safety in the future- It was just in his nature to be concerned about others. Hunters and original Aves could undoubtably still find and kill more of them, sickness, starvation... He looked at the other, smiling sheepishly. "I can help supply food for the other banished Aves, if you're scarce on food. Hate for anyone to die from starvation too. It's a difficult time for us all, you know." He offered, despite the fact he barely had enough food for himself.

Xylo looked to her with appreciation at her words, sighing reassuredly as she leaned into his chests. Oh, how I love her, he thought. He finally opened his mouth to say, "Just wanted to make sure, I know some people don't like that much attention.", combing her hair softly as he did so.
