As Casimir looked down at the man his left eye twitched a bit, it was clear that the words he heard did not sit well with him. He shot Steve in the head and sat there for a minute, looking down at the body in disgust. "You are right, I am not a hero, but even I have standards and rules that I keep." He said to the dead man before holstering his gun and walking off. He headed in the direction of the women to see that they were alright and on their way to safety.

Xylo groaned and got back up, muttering “Wait till we do hand to hand one day.” then gave her a smile, and went back to their routine. (Maybe time skip till they’re done so they can get pancakes?)

Steve

Steve fired his gun, accidentally, as Casimir tackled him, the pellets flying through the air. He cursed, looking up at Casimir, and asking furiously “Why’d you do that, you idiot?”

The pellets flew directly at Tory. Until they stopped, some of them missing her, but two of them burying themselves in Sierra’s outstretched wing. As blood seeped from it, she scooped the girl up in her arms, freezing her whole left wing to numb the pain. She urged Tory, trying to maintain her innocence “We should hurry up. I’m sure your doll wants it’s quickly.”

Tory's eyes widened as Steve fired his gun at them. "What's happening?!" she cried.

"Keep tellin' yourself that." Stephen elbowed him again & finished his pancake, grabbing another one.

(I am going to answer Steve once more then we can wait until Ruby gets back. )

Casimir grabbed the gun and threw it into the underbrush angrily. "That is a child, we don't kill kids! What is wrong with you you sick creep? Even I don't kill kids and that is saying something!" He yelled at the man with a snarl as he drew his pistol and aimed it at the man. "I will shoot you if I have to Steve, leave those two alone." He warned in a low voice.

Tory followed Sierra into the woods.

At the mention of her name, Persepolis' head shot up. After processing what had just been said, she smiles politely at Hector. "I don't mind." She stated in a soft voice. "If you're up to it someday, I wouldn't mind learning how to fashion a club."

Hector's blush was the shade of a tomato at this point. He decided it was best to remain silent, for the sake of his dignity..
