Lies and Deceit - A Fantasy RP

Luna smiled, hoping “I hope you get some time to tomorrow. Just don’t go out and do parkour a day after you almost fainted, all right?” Luna realized she most likely was sounding like a mother and that could be annoying for her, but it simply showed she cared about her.
"I won't, I promise," Persepolis laughed. "I'll probably just sit around or go for a walk or something. I'm not going to push myself too hard until I feel that I can handle it."
She added, half-joking, "I just hope like heck that nobody gets themselves seriously injured tomorrow. If I do another healing like that so soon, I'm fairly certain I will die."

Luna laughed in return, replying “Well, ill personally try not to fight any overpowered Aves or jump off any buildings. We’ll see how the others do.” She smiled, glad to be spending some time with her in peace. She asked thoughtfully “Do you want some water?”

Persepolis laughed at Luna's comment, "Good, keep yourself out of trouble like that." She responded to her question, "Yes, please. That'd be great." Persepolis was glad to be spending time with her friend as well. She just wanted to relax and catch up, today had been more than she had asked for.

River went stiff as a tree trunk as he kissed her. When he walked to the window, she slowly stood up. Say something...
"I`m sorry... I shouldn`t have came after you..." She said, her voice drifting off.
Xylo’s Heart ached as she turned stiff, after a try to display affection. She was all he had left other than himself and his own grievances. Horius was gone forever. Xylo tried to be sensible at her apology, his demons telling him to rip her apart, tell her what she had done. That’s what she deserves, they thought.

But Xylo showed mercy, and responded quietly “It’s fine. What was there between Horius was doomed to die anyway.” He admitted in an even quieter voice “But it meant a lot to me when it was still alive.” He turned around and sat down on his bed, facing her. He added, in a voice barely above a whisper because maybe he didn’t want to admit it, “You’re all I have left.”

Luna quickly went to get some water, before navigating it back to her using her mind for fun, until it was floating right above her for her to take it. If she hadn’t almost fainted, she might’ve tipped it over for fun, but Persepolis didn’t need that right now. Once she had grabbed the cup, Luna walked back from the kitchen.

Persepolis took a few sips of water, watching as Luna reentered the room. "Thanks," she said. Wondering aloud, she posed a more serious question to Luna, "What do you think happened out there, with River and Xylo? My money's on that Horius was involved. Especially because River had bullets in her and I didn't hear a gun go off. They couldn't have been that far from the cabin either, for Xylo to bring River back alive."

Luna shrugged before she started thinking. She asked inquisitively “How bad were their wounds? I never got to see before you healed them.” She continued “I still Its Horius. He has a silenced pistol and the fact that Xylo and River returned that bloody, if they really did, then I think it’s him. And that makes him really scary.”

"Their wounds were severe," Persepolis replied. "I'll spare you the details, but River had it worse than Xylo. River had 5 shots to her abdomen that appeared to have been taken at point blank, which subsequently destroyed several organs. Xylo had a deep stab wound on his side, as deep as Horius' knives are long. And his shoulder was all shot up." Persepolis shook her head at the images replaying in her mind. She concluded, "And they both came back wearing more of each other's blood on them than I would have thought possible to still be alive."

(And Xylo’s shoulder was shot up)
Luna looked at her in horror. Horius was a sickened man, doing that to them. She admittedly was more scared than she had been before. Those wounds were awful, and if the leaders had been beat, then she didn’t doubt that he could do much worse to her. She gasped at the end of it all “That’s horrible. Horius is messed up.”

(That too, I tried to cover everything. I edited my original post)
Persepolis solemnly nodded her agreement, "He is. I think we did the right thing in banishing him, but it's not great that this is how he retaliated. Even though I had a feeling he would be hostile." She sighed, lying back on her bead with a thud, "I just pray that he doesn't ever return."
