Lies and Deceit - A Fantasy RP

"I used to. The other humans weren't a fan of my methods, so I left." Alec said. "Ok, I might've been forced to leave, but me leaving by myself & them kicking me out is practically the same thing."
Luna giggled a little, before asking curiously "What methods? What do you mean?" She placed a hand under her chin as she waited for an answer, interested in what he meant by "methods".

"Well, I only hunt evil aves, & to make sure I don't make a mistake or catch them in a bad mood that makes them act evil, I always do a few weeks of research. The humans on the other hand are more like "see an aves? Kill it" which I don't agree with." Alec said, adding after a small pause "They were nice enough to give me a heads up that I would have to leave, even if it was just three minutes. But enough about me, I wanna hear more about you. What was it like to live in the mansion?"

Before Luna answered his question, she had to acknowledge his ideals. She thanked sincerely "Thank you for being that way. You're a good man, Alec. Wish there were more people like you." She offered him a smile, showing that she truly believed he was a good person. She then answered his question, explaining "It was rather crowded. Many people, including me, didn't have rooms so we had to sleep in bird form. I didn't have too many friends, well, if I'm honest I had none. But it was rather corrupt, and the leader told us Banished to get out with the same amount of time in advance as your peers did." She concluded simply "Not the best place to live."

Alec smiled back at her. "Wow, that's sounds awful. They couldn't spread out more & find another house to live in so it would be more comfortable for everyone?" He asked, "or even just build another house next door? It would take a while, but I'm sure it would be worth it."

Luna smiled, genuinely enjoying their conversation. She laughed, before responding “Our leader wasn’t the brightest. Hence why he banished us who hadn’t done anything.” She didn’t know what else to say, so she lost herself in his eyes, which shun in the warm light of the crackling fire beside them.

"Why did he banish you? I never heard the real reason why. Only rumors." Alec asked.

Those words shocked Hector. She liked him that much? His questions was answered by her deep blush and sincere gaze, and that was what sealed the deal for him. Hector dared to gently step forward and embrace her, whispering silently "I think I've fallen in love with you too." His words were genuine, and he hoped she appreciated them just as much as he had appreciated hers. Hector held her gently and lovingly, being careful not to hurt her in any way shape or form. He was courteous as always, still rather shy with the whole love thing.
Persepolis gave him a shy smile when he spoke, showing him that his words meant just as much to her as her words had meant to him. When held her, she held him in the same manner, mirroring him. She appreciated that he was such a gentleman with her. Persepolis didn't quite know what else to right then. She was just enjoying the moment she shared with him, thankful for their feelings for each other. Truthfully, she was new to all of this. She had never been in love before and it brought out a shy side of her that was never seen otherwise.

Luna responded simply “The leader’s lover was killed by a human, but he blamed it on a bird of the night, so he banished all the Aves who were birds of the night.”

"Oh. That's completely different than the rumors." Alec said, chuckling. "The rumors I've heard were all along the lines of the ruler caught some of the aves throwing a party, & he got so upset that they didn't invite him he banished them."
