Light and Buff Brahmas

Hi! I'm getting some light and Buff Brahmas this spring....
What should I expect? How are they personiality and egg laying wise? My kids want to show them in the 4H...

My buff brahmas are my eye candy, but my lights have the best personality.
Generally all my brahmas are calm, easygoing birds.
They've laid all winter for me and this is their second winter.
They have been super easy to raise; very hardy.

I have had 2 one hen and a rooster and both are sooo sweet, calm, and laid back. You are gonna love them like the others said!

Yes, brahmas will go broody. Wonderful personality!

I have two Brahma hens, one Lt and one Buff. They are over three years old now and neither has ever been broody. They are good layers, for certain, but though they don't mind begging at my feet for food, they hate being picked up.
