Light Brahm or Columbian Wyandotte?

I was given 6 chicks about 5 months ago and thought they were light brahmas but saw a picture of Columbian Wyandottes and now I'm not sure. They are very large now and are sparkling white with black tails and black and white necks. They are very calm and follow me around the yard. What is the difference between the breeds? They are not laying yet - I think they will be starting any day now.
