Light Sussex Roosters or Pullets?

I have two 16 week old Light Sussex Chickens, I think they both are roosters, one has a super large comb, one has a much smaller comb, none have yet crowed, and none have yet shown interest in other hens (mounting), but as I am unsure please see images below.

First one looks suspicious, second one seems to be a pullet

Both are pullets. At this age, a cockerel would have very obvious male saddle feathers. The one with the bigger comb and wattles is coming to sexual maturity faster than her sister. She will probably start laying in the next month or two.

Pullets. Agree with Frazzemrat1 that one is just maturing faster than her sister.

I have read online that roos get shiny green tail feathers, when the sun shines on their tails, they both get a green tinge to their tails. Are they still pullets if they have shiny tail feathers, or are they roos in disguise?

All black feathers will look iridescent green in sunlight, on both male and female chickens.
