Limping/falling over 3 week old chick-Help

she is also moving her head around in weird ways like she is on some weird medicine and can't stand straight. She is eating and drinking and going to the bathroom normally and really wants to be with her mother hen. Although I am afraid she has Marek's and will get the others sick.

Can you post some photos or video of her? What is the red spot on her knee?

At 3wks old, it's most likely not Marek's though it's not unheard of at that age.

Falling backward, moving her head in weird ways makes me thing something neurological. It could be Wry Neck which is a symptom of head injury/trauma, vitamin deficiency and certain diseases.

Provide her with Vitamin E, B and the mineral Selenium.
