My 3 yr old hen has been limping for many weeks now. Progressively getting worse. I’ve checked her 100 times for all the usuals, bumblefoot, mites, breaks, egg bound, etc. Nothing. The other hens pick on her if she gets too close. The roo sometimes bullies her. I have to either hand feed her or physically take her to the food/ water. Also, have to help her out of the coop or bush most mornings. She still has a voracious appetite. I think she’s still laying eggs. I’ve been catching locusts and worms for her. I don’t know what to do. I gave her half a baby aspirin one day and there was no change.

She may have been injured and the others are picking on her or keeping her from food and water. Get a wire dog crate medium or large and place her in it with her own food and water. Keep her with the flock. This will limit her movement allowing her leg to heal, and keep her safe, while allowing her to eat. Human B complex 1/4 tablet crushed daily would be very good to add to her food. A little scrabled egg or tuna added to her chicken feed would probably be good for her.

Thank you! I have her in her own little set up.

That's exactly what she needs. I'D restrict her movements to a very small area for a few days to 'recooperate!' My meat chicks sometimes needed a cat carrier box for a few days when they grew too quickly and became splay legged.
Best to you
