So far out of 14, a few of our 4 week old girls have names....

Lentil and Pinto - both speckled sussex

Yolko - black sex link

Eggeltine - EE

and then there's Peckerhead - a lovely EE named by the 5 year old in the family who believes all names should be both descriptive and true. She pecks your head if you give her the chance - so her name, of course, must be peckerhead. I didn't have the heart to change it - he was so proud, and cannot figure out why everyone thinks this is funny.
