Listless Chicken

Yesterday I found our red hen hiding in the corner of the yard. She was lying down and looked startled. She was protected from predators.
She gradually got up and moved slowly to the water and drank. She spent the night lying in some straw under the hen house.
She was still there in the morning and hasn't moved, eaten or drank. What can I do?

Move her to a separate place, such a a dog crate, give her water. You don't want disease spreading through the flock. She may be egg bound, or suffering heat exausroom as well.
