Figured I better make a place to show off the little ones and track their growth better than scrolling through tons off pics on my phone to see what they looked like the week prior :D

I know they're too young to tell now, but I'll be trying to post updated photos weekly. If any time any just scream rooster, feel free to say so. I'm really hoping not since I'm attached to them all already ;)

Also ignore the freshly cleaned poopy bottom of Penny, she did NOT appreciate it :lau

Awww, so cute! :jumpy
I will be watching this thread to see how they grow!
What breeds are they? :D
Looks like silver-laced feathers and golden-laced feathers coming in on some. :)

Henny is the name of one of my gals. ;)

Thank you :love

As far as I can tell, 2 golden sebrights 2 silver sebrights and 2 OEGB

Amazing how much personality they have so young! Noodle and Nugget seem to be the most laid back and happy to snuggle into your hand. Peep is our feisty little one and just watched peep and Pip get into a tiny 2 second chest bump battle though not sure who technically won that:idunno

Never realized how entertained I'd be sitting watching baby chicks for hours :lau

Hasn't been a week but I'm a sucker for taking daily pictures because they grow so fast!

Peep is getting shoulder feathers now too! Also enjoys handling the least. Lots of peeping and kicking.

And Noodle is very quickly becoming my favorite (don't tell the others) but she's just the sweetest little one and any time you pick her up she just settles right into your hand and will happily sit with you. Also the first one to jump up on my phone during pictures and look at that pose!

Peeps are so addictive... :D :jumpy
Life would be so much more boring without them... ;)

It amazes me... how God designed all the thinks in this world. Yes, there is sadness and brokenness... but there is so much beauty and joy in his handiwork. From the small things (like little peeps) to the big things... (like the sky, mountains, space and trees). If we really look, we can see His love. In all these wonderful things he created that we get to enjoy and cherish, we get to see in part what our savior is like. :)

The worst part of hearing one of your chicks practice crowing when you can't have a rooster and you are attached to them all already? Not knowing who did it because you were in another room and they won't sound off again

Noodle now jumps out to be picked up whenever the door is open and if any are going to be hens so we can keep them (not that I don't love them all) but she better stay a girl. She's just too sweet to have to potentially get rid of!

Gettin' bigger but no less cute! :p :jumpy

Well of course Noodle is a little cockerel (but we're going to see if we can keep this sweet little feathered personality) and Pip is also a boy.

(They have even more feathers than this now too this was a couple days ago)

But of course the cute little chick battles turned into a full blown attack on poor Noodle tonight

So he's getting some personal time and a separate set up to prevent more fighting and to keep an eye on his wounds (he is loving this extra attention now though)
