Little Chick has stuff attached

I am new to incubating and I have lost the first 3 and my last has hatched by herself but she has some goopy stuff attached to her belly, not sure if this is normal or a very bad sign. It is yellow and mucus like.

Well she's dried out still having some trouble standing yucky stuff still attached, but still alive! Crossing my fingers that she will be ok.

Well the stuff attached has been cut off a few cm away from the bird, she got stuck to the towel and i made a choice to free her. She is able to stand but still seems weak, no interest in the water or food. Crossing my fingers as she is a black australorp the only one that has made it this far.
