I also need to start collecting my eggs.

All I have now is barnyard mix cause everyone had been free rangeing. So I can collect for a couple of days and then just put them all in the bator?

Just store in cool place with big end up?

I collect my eggs, and put them on my kitchen counter pointy end down in a carton...I tilt one side up, and then a few hrs later I tilt the other way as its turning in a incubator until Im ready to set my eggs....I keep them 10 days and no more. The longer you keep them the hatching rate drops each day.

i got it ! I am thinking about making a walmart run and letting the meter sit in solution over night . . .

You can just cover the hole with tape if he doesn't get you the plug.
