little giant temp problem...

So i just got a little giant 9300, it's got the digital temp gauge and no fan so i got it set up i set the temp at 101 well i put a different temp gauge in it and it reads 97 my problem is i have already put the eggs in and not sure what to do till i can get a better temp gauge..
