Sep 2, 2016 #1 Strummer Songster 9 Years Mar 29, 2012 106 2 136 Edna tx I noticed this knot a week or so ago . I decided to try to lance it . Well I did and it left this nasty whole . Any idea what caused it ? She seems to not be in any pain and is acting very normal .
