Little Red Chick

I'm wondering if anyone has an idea on what sex this chick is. "She"is a rir. We just aren't sure if she is actually a she or not. They are almost 3 weeks old.

Sexing very young chicks is difficult. Better to wait until the time of 6 to 8 weeks when the males will typically sprout red wattles under their beaks and their combs will turn bright red and protrude. Females don't show red wattles or have red protruding combs until later in life.
