So this is my hen that had the bubbly eye i finally got to tend to her after having to sit with a colicy horse all day and most the night yesterday I can't seem to catch a break lol I did a sailen rinse with gloves on and got some terramycin in it this is her set up as of now anything else I can do to provide comfort fresh water scratch with bugs and food with egg shell

Company may be good for her if you have time. It can be stressful to be in isolation. Other than that, the set up looks pretty much exactly like something I would use myself. Should be just fine!

I'm pretty sure she's contagious tho so wouldn't I not want to keep the others exposed longer then they have been and she's not really alone I have 2 brooders in the garage as well so she has other friends she can hear I'm already stressed the others look sick it may just be me tho

I meant company from yourself if you can. She may enjoy you talking to her and sitting for a few minutes. Keep an eye on everyone else and make sure you wash hands and change clothes and shoes completely between birds.

Yes I have been and omg I'm so sry smdh lol that makes sense yes I just made some scrambled eggs for her getting her out to re saline and med her eye tonight is going to be interesting even when not well they can be strong little birds

Yes, they can really pull through. Had one that my vet told me had a 0% chance of survival and that she’d die that night. She made a full recovery and is going on eight years old now. Egg is great, any extra protein and vitamins are helpful right now.

I gave some hydro hen too not sure what to do for vitamins

Do you think a q tip to apply the ointment is ok it's so hard to get in her eye I feel like I'm wasting it and that little thing of meds was 32 bucks at my closest TS
