Living life on the edge (of the incubator) hatch-a-long

Grey horses are my favorite! And I love Appy's. You had a darn near perfect horse there in my opinion!
He was brought in from one of the wild horse round ups in Texas. Crazy 5 yr old stallion, just off the hook! Gelded him, did ground work for months with him, he turned out SO gentle eventually! He was my baby! 🥰

One of my friend‘s horses from a few years back. She was kind enough to let me hang out with them when I wanted some horse time. (I’ll stop hijacking the thread now. :p )

Here's two of my girls, I love POAs, I had several over the years, this one was downhill but had a great mind, she was a ton of fun.

This one was a registered QH and a bit of a dud, all this bone and muscle, all the makings of an amazing horse, and she had no heart, no oomph, no desire to go and do... a friend started a few horses off of her, you could rope a 4 yr old stout gelding off of her, bring him to a stop and she wouldn't even lean at all when he found the end of the rope. She was happy to just stand in one spot, you could sit on her all day long, just don't ask her to do all the things 🤣

Beautiful! ❤ Love the Appy, the Poa's are so agile, everything is easy to them. They make great barrel racers!

When I was little having a wild mustang was my dream, never ended up with one, had some a couple untouched yearlings, but never a mustang. I rode a few good ones though!

If you live somewhere warm, I can't recommend ducks enough.
If you live somewhere cold, I can't recommend ducks enough IF you're really into being miserable all winter. :p
Haha, solid advice there! Those call ducks are stinking cute. Not ducks, but I quite like Sebastopol geese too 🤩
