Seems like not an immediate cause for alarm, but that baby is liable to take longer and could eventually need an assist?
I would not do anything until 24 hours has passed at the soonest. Wrong end pips mean that baby has had to skip internal pip and gone straight to external pip. Those can take longer from pip to hatch as a result. Just try to be patient and give baby plenty of time to work it out on its own.

Your chickie has pipped the wrong end, but I have full confidence that it will hatch without issue. Seargent Pepper is going to be a super strong chick!YAY!!
I agree with everyone else here. Just be on standby to assist if it is struggling or it's been over 24 hours and it isn't able to break out.
