I think it might be having seizures? Temp is good but its shivering and twitching weirdly and keeps flipping onto its back

A video would be helpful. Since it hatched so early, it sounds like your incubation temperatures may have been high. Do you have calibrated thermometers inside your incubator? Never trust your incubator's readings.

You can mist the shavings with warm water to up the humidity, you can also toss in a wet paper towel to get it up there. 20% is really low for lockdown, it might end up ok, but they do need to take in moisture from the environment in order to be able to position themselves properly I believe.

Put a damp washcloth to one side. That should help. Me heater has a fan so humidity Should get circulated good
