Another one hatched. That makes 17. 1 is zipping and 3 of the other 5 have pips.

Incredible hatch rate for you! 5 eggs left for me. I think I am shutting it down tonight, regardless. I won't see it for another 10hrs. Maybe the new pip will make it, maybe others will pip, but I just don't want any born with birth defects, not after what I went through with my first bator.
Not hijacking your thread. You have done an amazing job! I love the markings on those EEs when they are chicks

Your not hijacking at all! Keep us posted when you get home. Thanks again for all your help! I'm not sure these chicks would have hatched without your tip to get the humidity up. I had done so much searching online to try to figure out my water wells since I already kept them 3/4 full just to stay at 40% humidity and couldn't find anything. Thank you for napkin idea which allowed my humidity to jump to 60% with my vent 1/3 open. These babies wouldn't have made it otherwise!

Just a small hole in the shell at 8:45 had to go out came back at 10:25 and look who I found. Little stinker. I missed the birth.

I miscounted. Only 15 this morning. Not 16. Have had 3 more hatch so that's 18. #19 is zipping. 4 eggs left. 3 have pips. One has nothing. (That I can see.)
