you just never know. I find a watched incubator is like a watched pot. It seems if you are staring at the incubator...nothing happens. Although I do hear my duck eggs peeping.....
I hear you, about the watched pot. BUT, you see, I am hatching these with my daycare children and really want to catch the process on video....so they can "see" it should it happen when they aren't here...
