Thank you for the compliment! There is a very minimal amount of drywall and most of that is in the bathrooms to hide the plumbing. I have seen a lot of log homes with either drywall or tongue and groove paneling covering the walls but we wanted to keep it very rustic so opted for the exposed logs. We truly enjoy sitting on the front porch or the back deck in nice weather plus I think a porch or a deck, especially in warm weather with plants, etc. is a beautiful extension to the living area.
