Log In Boxes Missing

i am not computer savy, at all
i know i am using chrome incognito, otherwise i have nothing else to offer 

i can find things but know nothing about how computers work

Yup, you're right! lol

Like I said usually I just stay logged in. Now I know what you're talking about. I did log out and back in and it is the same way as the screen shots you posted before. We have the same version of Chrome as well, and I am not using it incognito.
