My white leghorn finally two weeks ago started laying eggs. Only they were much smaller than the other one's eggs. Out of curiosity, I put 5 of them in the incubator. Four turned out fertile.
Ok today two have hatched and they are tiny chicks about half the size of what they should be. They do seem very healthy and my question is. Will these chickens fill out to full size or stay smaller than their parents? Might be a stupid question...but whatever.
